Ms. Laura Malone

My love of books, travel, and trivia lends itself naturally to my calling as a social studies teacher. With 20 years of experience in the classroom and degrees from Eastern Illinois University and McKendree University, I pride myself on exposing my students to a variety of readings, photographs, quotes, places, people, and events they may have never heard of before. Our goal in the classroom is to be constantly questioning and wanting to know more in order to become knowledgeable, involved citizens of our communities!
