Sec. 10-20.47.
Administrator and Teacher Salary and benefits report. Each school board shall report to the State Board of Education on or before October 1 of each year, the base salary and benefits of the district superintendent and all administrators and teachers employed by the school district. For the purpose of the section, “benefits” includes without limitation vacation days, sick days, bonuses, annuities, and retirement enhancements. Prior to their annual reporting to the State Board of Education, the information must be presented at a regular school board meeting, subject to applicable notice requirement, and then posted on the internet website of the school district, if any. Effect of Amendments.
The 2011 amendment by P.A. 97-256, effective January 1, 2012, substituted “October 1” for “July 1” in the first sentence of the first paragraph; and added the second paragraph.
REPORT:
9 month certified employees receive ten sick days per year and no vacation days.
12 month certified employees receive thirteen sick days per year and twenty vacation days.
Bartelso School District No. 57 provides no personal health insurance, no life insurance and no annuities.
