The Parent Faculty Club is a non-profit organization that raises money to assist the Bartelso Grade School financially with various items needed for our school. This organization Officers welcome your questions, ideas or comments.

Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to the Parent Faculty Club. If you are new to the school this organization consists of parents, faculty members, and administration. Our mission is to raise funds to help support our children, their education, and their school. This club has been a vital part of keeping Bartelso Elementary School funded with the “extra” services that are often difficult for the school budget to provide.
First, we would like to invite everyone to our first meeting. It will be on August 31st at 6:30 in the school cafeteria. Coming to the meetings helps you to get involved and stay informed of school events. We also give away a FREE 10 Day lunch ticket as an attendance prize each meeting. We would also like to share some ways you can already support our elementary school. We collect Box Tops and Prairie Farms milk caps.
Our next big fundraiser is the Fall Fest which will be held on October 14th. Please mark your calendar. This will include a kickball tournament, food and beer stands, Black Top Boulevard Band, inflatables, and bags tournament. An easy way to support this fundraiser is to buy a reverse raffle ticket. Information about this raffle will be sent home with your child soon. Finally, in order to make this event successful, parents will be placed on a workers list. You will have a chance to sign up for a preferred shift at the first PFC meeting.
Just around the corner is our book fair in conjunction with Grandparent’s Day, October 6th. New this year at Grandparent’s Day, the flu vaccine will be available to any grandparents who would like to participate.
We hope that we have your continued support this school year, and if you are new to the school we also hope to see you at a meeting or an event this year.
